The awards are open to both AVCA Members and non-members.

There is no cost to participate in the awards.

Individuals and organisations can nominate themselves or others.

Nomination forms must be submitted by Friday, 8th March 2024.

Shortlisted nominees will be published on Thursday, 14th March 2024.

All shortlisted nominees (1 representative per organisation) will be invited to the pre-Gala dinner reception on 23rd April 2024, from 6.30pm to 7.30pm where winners will be announced.

Only submissions that are fully complete by the stated deadline will be considered.

Organisations and individuals must submit nominations in the correct category. AVCA and the judging panel reserve the right to withdraw ineligible submissions.

There is a maximum word count of 200 words for each response in the form. AVCA will contact nominees if additional supporting documentation is required.

Evaluation of submissions is independent of AVCA except where noted (AVCA 20 Champion Award).
